MLS Search

Shopping for homes is probably the most intriguing part of my job, so I thought you might want to share in the fun. You can use the search function here to find all the homes currently available in the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, which is pretty much every home listed by an agent in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. It's a great way to get an idea of what is available in different areas, or to keep tabs on what is selling in your neighborhood.

A couple of things to note: the IDX search function here is not quite as sophisticated as the MLS search I can do for you - for instance, I can pull up older data and track homes that have previously sold, or are under contract now. Also, if you have an older browser, your computer may not support the frames needed to view this search. So if you'd like a hand refining your search, or you are just looking for more details about a property, give me a call & I'll take care of that for you.
